Three Years Later

Its been three years since my last post.  Today, my heart aches because of the damage inflicted by the Obama Administration on my Republic.  Words like, lawless, immoral, and suicidal describe the actions of this Administration.  The General Government is preparing for war against our citizens.  This is evident by the massive arms build up not by our military, but by our civilian law enforcement agencies like Department of Homeland Security, IRS, Postal police, and local law enforcement.  Also, National Guard units are role playing war scenarios whereby the enemy are patriots, veterans, Tea Party members, and Christians who cling to their guns and bibles.  The stress level of the Country is very high.  Black crime against whites is rampant.  Racism is being fostered by the Obama Administration.  Government efforts to violate the 2nd Amendment are on going.  Financial collapse caused by the collapse of the dollar is all but certain given the drug like addiction known as Obama spending to share the wealth with the poor.

One does not need a crystal ball to see calamity is just around the corner.  The political class has betrayed the people. The Democratic Party committed fraud by running a foreign national who goes by the name of Obama.  Every action taken by this party is designed to destroy Capitalism and our Constitutional Republic.  Lurking behind the shadows is the Republican Party.  They pretend to be powerless to stop a President who claims to have the power to make or ignore law. They pretend to be powerless when this President murders US Citizens.  They claim to be powerless when this President wages illegal wars on foreign soil.  They are not powerless. Instead, they are co-conspirators empowering President Obama to function like a King.  Those who support Obama are Red Coats and traitors.

American has one last remaining opportunity to avoid a civil war.  That comes in the 2014 elections.  Providing they are honest this time, a significant number of corrupt politicians must be replaced by God fearing and Constitutional loving patriots who will return our Republic to its proper course.  Failing this, the country will be thrown into a civil war.  I've always advanced the idea of peace.  Having seen war, I wish not to see it again.  But, there comes a time when war is the only solution to achieve justice.  And, this Republic with its Constitution as it was written, is all the legal justification one needs to take up arms and defend the Republic from domestic enemies.

Restoring the Republic by taking up arms does not make one a traitor.  Making war agains them as sited in Article III, Section 3 does not simply mean the government.  On the contrary, the People are the Government under our system of laws.  When the General Government exceeds it's Constitutional limits of power, and when this General Government acts to make laws that abrogate the People's rights, and when this General Government, makes war on the people like a power hungry drunken sailer, then it is the duty, the right, of the people to take up arms and restore the functions of government as enumerated in our Constitution.

It's Time for America to Come Home

I am reflecting on the past year with great tribulation. Under President Obama's stewardship America is finished. In the coming months, I and others much smarter than me, foresee the collapse of the dollar, hyper inflation, and mass riots in the streets as people cry out for food and shelter. In Foreign Policy, President Obama facilitated the loss of the war in Afghanistan with his constraints on combat operations that are prohibited from seeking out and destroying the enemy. And, if this wasn't enough, President Obama surrendered America to the Islamist who seek our destruction. Obama's news mouthpieces call the events in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, and others a movement of the people for Democracy. I see it just a little different.

Mosques the world over (that includes America) are teaching Sharia and the supremacy of Islam to the masses. From early school through college, the masses are raised to hate America and Jews. They are taught that it is their duty to spread Islam throughout the world by the sword. Also and most significantly, Muslims are taught that the American Empire is responsible for their poverty and oppression. As the people come into the streets to protest their oppressive regimes, they are also protesting against America for they see their leaders as puppets of Washington. So, they march, they topple governments, and sing the song of freedom and righteousness. However, this is not a revolution intent on following the English philosopher John Locke and the French jurist Charles-Louis de Secondat!

Instead, new governments will be formed based on Sharia and Islam. No one will argue that Sharia is not the codified law of Islam. This then, will give rise to governments staffed with generations of brainwashed people full of hate for America and Israel. At their disposal will be armies and weapons of mass destruction. And, with 12 virgins in heaven waiting for them, war and genocide will ensue with unimaginable death and destruction. It is this destruction that I hope to avoid, but fear the most.

No one asked the American people if she wanted to be a super power, or the worlds policeman. The same political class responsible for our bankruptcy pursued irresponsible hegemony practices that resulted in US military personnel being stationed around the world. The result is enmity on a grand scale. No foreigner will shed a tear when a WMD is exploded in NY, or Washing DC. No foreigner will care about America when the dollar collapses and our economy is in ruins. No foreigner will care about America for we have been treating them like an evil step-father. America no longer requires troops in Germany, Italy, Turkey, Greece, England, Greenland, Australia, S. Korea, Japan, Philippines, Spain, Iraq, Afghanistan, and a hundred or so other foreign countries. More importantly, America needs to withdraw its special weapons from foreign shores. Let America send a message to the world that she will no longer be its policeman. Let America send a message that she will no longer rely on foreign aid in the form of borrowed money. Let America rise up and say to China, the EU, and Middle East, go fuck your self. We've had enough. You are on your own. And, keep your products, we withdraw from the IMF, UN, and World Bank. We we look within, and if we feel like it, we will share our advanced medicines, and technologies with the rest of the world...someday!

Finally, I will be called an isolationist for my desire to withdraw from the World stage of madness. So be it. After all, what is really wrong with isolationism? America is large enough to build its own digital televisions, iPhones, Macbooks, and the like. She can "cancel" the Federal Reserve and return to the gold standard. She can go bankrupt and tell the bankers to shove it their green dollar asses. She can tell the states to start anew by issuing their own money. Frankly, America doesn't need the world. Heck, bringing the troops home, focusing our military on defending the homeland, will save a few hundred billion in defense spending. What's the alternative? How about WMD's in America going boooom...Allahu Akbar style.

The Character of Islam in History

This posting was made as a result of Somali Islamist Hasan Dahir Aweys threatens to attack America. Islam is a political system with a religious component. As such, it should not be afforded religious protections. For example, doctrines that promotes these practices are illegal: child marriage, murder of apostates, murder of non-believers, restrictions on religious belief practices, murder of homosexuals, and warfare against all non-believers. Let the nations of the world rise up and declare the practice of Islam is not protected religion! In fact, these practices violate UN Convention concerning Genocide.

annihilated and 80 million Hindus killed. The first Western Buddhists
were the Greeks descended from Alexander the Great's army in what is
now Afghanistan. Jihad destroyed all of Buddhism along the silk route.
About 10 million Buddhists died. The conquest of Buddhism is the
practical result of pacifism. Zoroastrianism was eliminated from
Persia. The Jews became permanent dhimmis throughout Islam. In Africa
over 120 million Christians and animists have died over the last 1400
years of jihad. Approximately 270 million nonbelievers died over the
last 1400 years for the glory of political Islam. These are the Tears
of Jihad which are not taught in any school."

Breach of Trust

Decades ago, the Federal Government usurped the power vested to the
people and the States by our Constitution. For example, President
Franklin D. Roosevelt Executive Order 6102, 5 April 1933, requiring
"all gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates" to be delivered
to the Federal Reserve Bank is an example of Executive Abuse of Power.
Failure to comply with this order could subject you to huge fines and
prison! Other examples of violations of the Constitution include:
Creation of the Federal Reserve, Suspension of Habeas Corpus by Bush
and Lincoln, Executive Orders to assassinate American Citizens by
President Obama, and etc. The combined treasonous acts by our elected
officials were met with silence. I fear, the experiment that began so
long ago is over, and the result, failure. We the People, let it
happen.

I take leave with a quote attributed to Thomas Jefferson: "When
governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear
the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people
to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to
protect themselves against tyranny in government." Also, remember
Locke explores the idea of revolution and insists that the people who
have created government with unanimous consent in order to preserve
their property and safety should not be betrayed by the very
institutions they gave birth to. So Locke states that if any of the
three powers in government make a move "to take away and destroy the
property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary
power" then the people are no longer expected to obey the political
authority. If the government is guilty of a "breach of trust they
forfeit the power"

Finally, I believe we are at the moment that Locke spoke: (Summarized
here) Locke views rebellion as a way to reinstate political rights
violated by an unjust sovereign. He states that once the government
has breached the trust of the citizenry, the people "have a right to
resume their original liberty, and, by the establishment of a new
legislative…provide for their own safety and security". The people's
duty is to subvert the authority that is no longer functioning in a
just manner, a manner appropriate to its creation, and to assert their
rights as stipulated by the social contract by forming a new
government

Its Been a While...

I haven't posted in some time. I suppose that I've been consumed by the observance of the literal demise of my country. America is at war, and she is broke. Its leader, Barrack Hussein Obama, is spearheading America's demise by promoting legislation that exacerbates our National Debt. Also, he is monetizing the economy to effect a full debasement of our currency. I believe he is doing this to cause the collapse of America's capitalistic systems. In his eyes, the only way to change America is to bankrupt the country. The proverbial, tear it down, so you can rebuild it. The problem with this of course is the architect, Mr. Obama, will decide how America is to be rebuilt. Clearly, Obama's narcissistic personality disorder lends itself to his feeling of omnipotence.

Sadly, Mr. Obama does not understand the American people. He believes that he can change this nation without harmful ramifications. On the contrary, I believe his actions will cause irreparable harm the likes of which have not been seen since the Civil War! To effectuate his plan, Mr. Obama appointed international leaning jurists to our highest courts. These jurist will support Mr. Obama's desire to eliminate private ownership of weapons, as well as, limit free speech. Just who decides what is offensive speech will no doubt be left up to the King himself. For example, imagine, never being able to draw a Cartoon of Mohammed because it is offensive speech. Mr. Obama will change the Constitution not by the provisions set forth in this document. He will do a "go around," Chicago style.

Mr. Obama plans to usurp the American Constitution by signed UN Treaties that abrogate our First and Second Amendments. Mr. Obama's disdain for our Constitution is further illuminated by his attack on the 10th Amendment, which he sees as an obstacle to accomplishing his manifesto of change. Mr. Obama's real challenge to Arizona's Immigration Law is to demonstrate the Federal Governments power over a State. I wonder if the litigation will get fast tracked to the Supreme Court now that Obama has like minded justices on the bench.

I must admit, Mr. Obama is one heck of a smart guy. When the dollar collapses, and America rushes into a depression, Mr. Obama will point the finger at the Wall Street fat cats, Insurance Company's, and bankers, as the organizations responsible for America's collapse. Mr. Obama set them up good. All he had to do was dangle the money! Most Americans are ignorant of whats really going on because they get all their news from cable news channels that are for the most part left wing mouth pieces. So, it will not be difficult for Mr. Obama to blame someone else for his handy work. Of course, Mr. Obama will have a plan to save us all.

As I take all this in, and more, I gaze into my crystal ball for guidance. Here is what I see:

The second civil war will eclipse the first one in the number of deaths. Those who value liberty and understand American history, will fight. After all, what is life without liberty? Those that sacrificed before are the rallying call for today's patriots. And, Mr. Obama, make no mistake, your vision of America is diametrically opposite that of the majority of Americans. Never forget that one's actions have consequences; those who participate in treason will be held accountable.

1. Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart every hour of every day.

2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!

3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1st to St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year.

4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot +Kroger+Target+Sears+Costco+K-Mart combined.

5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 million peoplee, is the world's largest private employer, and most speak English.

6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the world.

7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined; keep in mind they did this in only fifteen years!

8. During the same period, 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy.

9. Wal-Mart now sells more food than any other store in the world.

10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers; this is 1,000 more than if had five years ago.

11. This year 7.2 billion different purchasing experiences will occur at Wal-Mart stores. (Earth's population is approximately 6.5 billion)

12. 90% of all Americans live within fifteen miles of a Wal-Mart.

You may think that I am complaining, but I am really laying the ground work for suggesting that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run Wal-Mart to fix the economy.

This should be read and understood by all Americans, Democrats, Republicans, Everyone!!

It is now official you are ALL corrupt morons:

a. The U. S. Postal Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke.

b. Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.

c. Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is..broke!

d. War on Poverty started in 1964 (by Democrat LB Johnson who lied to get more troops into the Vietnam War). You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 Trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and (illegal immigrents) ...they only want more!

e. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.

f. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.

g. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure!

You FAILED in every "government service" you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars. You can't even protect us from Mexican bandits who have invaded more than 100 of our cities!

AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT RUN

The Federal Government is run by traitors who routinely violate the Constitution if it suits their interest. The Federal Government violated its fiduciary duties to manage the peoples money. It failed to adequetly protect its citizens. The Federal Government no longer has the right to govern. I urge the States to immediatley take up the matter of Secession from the Union. At the very least, I urge the States to renounce the use of Federal Reserve Currency. I urge the States to adopt the Gold Standard and issue their own currency.

Geert Wilders Persecution for Speaking His Mind

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010, the trial of Geert Wilders began with a hearing. At the hearing, Geert gave this speech:

Mister Speaker, judges of the court,

I would like to make use of my right to speak for a few minutes.

Freedom is the most precious of all our attainments and the most vulnerable. People have devoted their lives to it and given their lives for it. Our freedom in this country is the outcome of centuries. It is the consequence of a history that knows no equal and has brought us to where we are now.

I believe with all my heart and soul that the freedom in the Netherlands is threatened. That what our heritage is, what generations could only dream about, that this freedom is no longer a given, no longer self-evident.

I devote my life to the defence of our freedom. I know what the risks are and I pay a price for it every day. I do not complain about it; it is my own decision. I see that as my duty and it is why I am standing here.

I know that the words I use are sometimes harsh, but they are never rash. It is not my intention to spare the ideology of conquest and destruction, but I am not any more out to offend people. I have nothing against Muslims. I have a problem with Islam and the Islamization of our country because Islam is at odds with freedom.

Future generations will wonder to themselves how we in 2010, in this place, in this room, earned our most precious attainment. Whether there is freedom in this debate for both parties and thus also for the critics of Islam, or that only one side of the discussion may be heard in the Netherlands? Whether freedom of speech in the Netherlands applies to everyone or only to a few? The answer to this is at once the answer to the question whether freedom still has a home in this country.

Freedom was never the property of a small group, but was always the heritage of us all. We are all blessed by it.

Lady Justice wears a blindfold, but she has splendid hearing. I hope that she hears the following sentences, loud and clear:

It is not only a right, but also the duty of free people to speak against every ideology that threatens freedom. Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States was right: The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

I hope that the freedom of speech shall triumph in this trial.

In conclusion, Mister Speaker, judges of the court.

This trial is obviously about the freedom of speech. But this trial is also about the process of establishing the truth. Are the statements that I have made and the comparisons that I have taken, as cited in the summons, true? If something is true then can it still be punishable? This is why I urge you to not only submit to my request to hear witnesses and experts on the subject of freedom of speech. But I ask you explicitly to honour my request to hear witnesses and experts on the subject of Islam. I refer not only to Mister Jansen and Mister Admiraal, but also to the witness/experts from Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Without these witnesses, I cannot defend myself properly and, in my opinion, this would not be an fair trial.
